I imagine we pretty much only meet the depressed snowflakes – the ones who see their future clearly. Not the ones who frolic far away from the ground happily unaware or in denial of their certain doom.
The snow came back again today and blew away all the students. Campus was empty between classes. Those who were there hunched their shoulders and wished they had collars on their t-shirts to turn up against the biting wind. Cell-phone chatter was at a low as we ran from building to building en route to empty classes.
